Quinta de Parada do Vez House may be considered a house with a Brazilian style, if you pay close attention to some characteristics, such as its sloping roofs, its eye-gates, its garden with exotic trees.
The story of the house is wrapped in mystery, and the story of the family which encouraged its construction is unknown. Word gets around that it was the “ old master” who went to Brazil in his youth and died without leaving direct descendants.
The first registration of the house goes back to 1931, although its construction may have started earlier. Its reconstruction took place with the present owner, in 1996, aiming at the creation of a Tourism House in the countryside.
